We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As the Head of Recruitment you will play a key role in sourcing and attracting top talent for the company. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from lead generation to candidate placement. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong communication and relationship management skills to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Duties:
- Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve KPIs, ensuring all daily tasks are completed accurately and on time, including candidate responses, shortlisting, and tracker updates.
- Oversee and monitor recruitment spend across all paid platforms to ensure cost-effective hiring.
- Deliver a daily internal recruitment update to key stakeholders.
- Conduct proactive lead generation activities to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Source and screen candidates using various recruitment platforms and tools, including Indeed, LinkedIn, and social media channels.
- Build and maintain a strong talent network through effective social media engagement and professional networking.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability, experience, and cultural fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview scheduling, feedback management, and offer facilitation.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date candidate information in the Recruitment Tracker.
Candidates must have at least 4 to 5 years recruitment experience, must be organized and an excellent communicator, must be within easy commutable distance of the office in Saki Vihar Road, Powai, Mumbai.
Job Type: Full-time, in office
Working Hours: 13:00 to 21:00 (IST)
Working Days: Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays – with Sunday off. 48 hours per week
Salary: ₹10 Lakhs per annum plus recruitment placement bonus
Experience: 4-5 years in a senior recruitment role
