We’re looking for a TA Head – GCC to lead and scale our GCC hiring vertical with a strong focus on delivery, execution, and revenue impact.
At Recro, we partner with high-growth startups and global capability centers (GCCs) to build world-class tech teams — and this role will be at the forefront of that journey.
🔹 What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end hiring delivery across multiple GCC clients
- Build and scale TA function from scratch (0 → 1, 1 → N)
- Drive high-volume + niche tech hiring with speed & quality
- Manage multiple stakeholders (India + global)
- Set up scalable frameworks, sourcing strategies & hiring playbooks
- Lead and mentor TA teams (pods/lead structure)
- Use data & metrics to optimize funnel and improve closures
- Contribute to revenue growth through strong delivery performance
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in IT staffing / RPO / talent solutions firms
- Strong background in technical hiring (product, engineering, niche roles)
- Experience working with GCC / captive clients
- Track record of handling multiple clients & scaling teams
- Ability to balance strategy + hands-on execution
- Strong stakeholder management & problem-solving mindset
