Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for the position of Head of Recruitment. The Head of Recruitment will oversee and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent needs, developing recruitment strategies, and coordinating hiring processes, to building strong employer branding initiatives. The role will require close collaboration with various departments to attract top talent, establish effective hiring practices, and ensure alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and Graduate Recruitment strategies
• Strong Interviewing skills to assess candidates effectively
• Experience in developing and implementing Employer Branding initiatives
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous
• Experience in recruitment within manufacturing, aerospace, or engineering industries is a plus
