We are looking for a proactive and organized Recruiter to manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers to secure high‑quality talent in a fast‑growing business environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- 🔍 Proactively source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and direct outreach
- 📞 Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls
- 📝 Assess candidate experience, communication skills, and cultural fit
- 📅 Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- 📊 Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines
- 🤝 Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
- 📑 Support offer preparation and onboarding coordination
- 👥 Collaborate closely with hiring managers on role requirements and progress

- 🚀 Proactively find candidates (not just rely on applications)
- ⚡ Review CVs and respond quickly to candidates
- 🔄 Maintain momentum in the recruitment process

🛠 Skills Required
- 📌 Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- 💬 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 🗂 Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- 🔄 Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- 👀 Confident in screening and assessing candidates
- 🔍 Proactive and self‑driven approach to sourcing talent
- 🎯 More than 10 years experience in recruiting
