Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role as the Head of Recruiting Operations. The individual will oversee the recruitment process, implement efficient hiring strategies, and manage the recruitment team. Responsibilities include creating policies to streamline talent acquisition, maintaining candidate pipelines, analyzing recruitment metrics, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet staffing needs. The role will require leadership to improve operational efficiency and build relationships with internal teams.
- Define and execute overall recruitment strategy
- Plan hiring based on business and client demand
- Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to joining)
- Design and optimize recruitment processes and workflows
- Track and improve funnel conversion metrics
- Set targets and KPIs for recruitment team
- Hire, train, and manage recruiters
- Monitor team performance and productivity
- Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership
- Manage client/stakeholder expectations (especially GCC clients)
- Handle vendor and staffing partner relationships
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and performance terms
- Ensure quality of candidates and hiring outcomes
- Reduce offer dropouts and improve join ratios
- Own recruitment data, reporting, and analytics
- Track metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join
- Implement and manage ATS and recruitment tools
- Drive automation and efficiency using technology/AI
- Build talent pipelines for critical and niche roles
- Scale hiring processes for volume and specialized hiring
- Identify and resolve hiring bottlenecks
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and standards
