Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Real Estate Collections based in Hyderabad. The role involves overseeing the collections process for real estate properties, monitoring financial transactions, and managing receivables. The Head of Real Estate Collections will collaborate with teams across CRM, Banking, finance, engineering, and sales to ensure timely payments, handle commercial agreements, optimize revenue cycles, and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Familiarity with Commercial Real Estate trends and practices.
• Understanding of Real Estate operations, practices, and market dynamics.
• Proven leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare financial reports, and strategize collection efforts.
• Expertise in Banking & Finance, experience with financial management related to real estate operations
• Strong knowledge of Property Management and Facility Management (FM)
• Good experience of managing Property registrations and Handingover.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• 12+years of experience in a similar leadership role within the real estate sector
