About the CompanyThe Health Factory is a fast-growing Indian food brand redefining everyday staples with healthier alternatives such as zero-maida, high-protein, and clean-label bakery products. We operate across retail, D2C, e-commerce, and leading quick commerce platforms. Our mission is to make healthy eating accessible, convenient, and scalable across urban India. We are looking for a Business Head – Q-Commerce to own and scale the entire Q-commerce channel across all leading platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.) and across multiple categories.
Role Overview- End-to-end ownership of the Q-commerce business including P&L, growth strategy, platform partnerships, and execution
- Build Q-commerce into a high-growth and profitable channel while balancing scale with strong unit economics
- Drive expansion across assortment, pricing, promotions, and platform-led growth levers
- Establish strong relationships with platform partners and unlock visibility and growth opportunities
Key ResponsibilitiesChannel Ownership & P&L
- Own end-to-end P&L for the Q-commerce business across all platforms
- Define revenue targets, pricing strategy, trade spends, and margin structures
- Drive sustainable and profitable growth
Growth & Scale
- Build and execute the Q-commerce growth roadmap
- Identify opportunities across assortment expansion, pricing, and promotions
- Drive conversion, visibility, and repeat rates across platforms
Platform Partnerships
- Own relationships with key Q-commerce platforms
- Negotiate commercial terms, visibility levers, and joint business plans
- Drive platform-led campaigns, launches, and growth initiatives
Execution Excellence
- Ensure catalog hygiene, content quality, availability, and fill rates
- Work closely with supply chain to ensure high service levels and minimal stock-outs
- Track and improve key metrics such as GMV, contribution margin, CAC, ROAS, and repeat rates
Marketing & Visibility
- Drive platform ads, brand days, and promotional strategies
- Collaborate with brand and growth teams to align campaigns
Cross-functional Leadership
- Work closely with supply chain, finance, and product teams
- Build and lead a high-performing Q-commerce team
Ideal Candidate Profile- Strong hands-on experience managing multiple quick commerce platforms and across multiple categories on the platforms
- Proven track record of scaling a channel or business significantly
- Strong understanding of Q-commerce levers including pricing, promotions, assortment, and visibility
- Deep understanding of unit economics, P&L ownership, and platform commercials
- Ability to balance growth with profitability in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, and product teams
- High ownership mindset with strong execution and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment
- Prior experience in FMCG, food, or D2C brands preferred
