𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠: 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 (𝐐𝐀 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 / 𝐌𝐑) — Elan Auto India Private Limited, Faridabad
IATF 16949 / ISO 14001 / VDA 6.3 certified sheet metal & stampings manufacturer supplying automotive OEMs and Tier-1s, with exports to Europe and Southeast Asia. Reporting directly to the Managing Director.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Act as Management Representative for IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 — lead certification and customer audits
• Own customer quality relationships — complaint resolution (8D), scorecards, escalations
• Final sign-off authority on PPAP submissions
• Drive internal audit program and management review cycle
• Set and review plant-wide quality KPIs and COPQ reduction initiatives
• Lead quality approvals for new customer/vendor onboarding
• Manage and develop a quality team spanning incoming, in-process, and pre-dispatch functions
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫
• 18+ years in a dedicated Quality Head / Quality Manager / MR role in automotive component manufacturing (not combined with a production/plant-head role)
• Proven, personal experience representing an organization in IATF 16949 / ISO certification audits and customer quality audits
• Strong command of core tools: PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D
• Track record of measurable quality improvement — PPM reduction, COPQ reduction, audit outcomes — with specifics you can speak to
• Sheet metal, stamping, or precision component manufacturing background strongly preferred
• Based in or willing to relocate to Faridabad / NCR
