Location - Faridabad
Responsible for the Following:
· Quality Planning and Standards: Setting clear objectives, defining standards, and creating detailed procedures to ensure the product meets specifications.
· Quality Assurance (QA): Ensuring processes are followed throughout production, with regular inspections and checks to maintain adherence to the established standards.
· Quality Control (QC): Performing final inspections to detect defects, analyzing issues, and implementing corrective measures.
· Data Analysis and Reporting: Collecting data, identifying patterns or recurring issues, and providing reports to management for continuous improvement.
· Continuous/Process Improvement: Using methods like Lean or Six Sigma to identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and boost product quality.
· Supplier Quality Management: Ensuring that external suppliers meet the required standards for raw materials and components.
· Training and Development: Offering training to employees to ensure they understand and follow quality standards and procedures.
· Compliance: Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, including the implementation of systems like 6S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety).
· Customer Feedback: Gathering and acting on customer feedback to address concerns and continuously improve product quality.
