Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Quality Control, located in India. The primary responsibilities include overseeing quality assurance and quality control processes, implementing quality management systems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role also involves managing laboratory operations, conducting product testing, and analyzing results to maintain and enhance product quality. The Head of Quality Control will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and optimize quality procedures and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and drive quality improvements
- Experience in Quality Management and the implementation of quality standards
- Competence in Laboratory Skills, including product testing and analysis
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Agriculture, or related fields
- Previous experience in the agro-export industry or rice production is an advantage
