⮚ Good working knowledge of Quality Standards Forgings & Valves manufacturing processes.
⮚ Hands-on experience in Machine shop (CNC/VMC/HMC) components.
⮚ Experience of various manufacturing processes such as Valves,Forgings, and Machining processes.
⮚ Commodities Handled: Forgings, Machining, Valves.
⮚ Exposure to various testing methods (NDT) & inspection technologies.
⮚ Knowledge of Quality documents like MTC, IBR test Certificate,Inspection Report, Test Certificates.
⮚ Knowldge of inspection & certification of Products of forged components & Valves.
⮚ Knowldge of Material testing & Handling of TPI.
⮚ Responsible for Various set up on different machines as per requirement.
⮚ Daily rejection analysis.
