QC Head,
Location: Padavala, Shapar
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Quality Control based in Padavala, Shapar, Rajkot,. The Head of Quality Control will oversee all quality management operations to ensure that company products meet strict quality standards and comply with international regulations. Daily Activity quality control inspections, training teams on Quality Control Activity, analyzing and resolving quality issues, and liaising with internal teams to ensure alignment across all processes. The Head of Quality Control will also collaborate with vendors, Champion continuous improvement initiatives to maintain the company's reputation for excellence.
Education:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is required
Experince: 8 to 10 Years
Qualifications
- MS Office, Powerpoint Presentation
- Mail Communication
- Expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices to ensure top-tier product standards
- Strong Quality Management skills, including the ability to lead teams and implement effective quality guidelines
- 5's, Kizen
- NC Handling, Customer Complain Resolution, 8D, CAPA
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills, including data interpretation and problem-solving to drive continuous improvements
- Familiarity with international standards such as ASTM, DIN/EN, and IS is highly desirable
- Calibration, Instrument Error Monitoring,
- ISO 9001:2015 Awerness
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a solution-oriented approach
