Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Quality Assurance - Automotive, located in Jaipur. The role encompasses developing and implementing quality assurance processes, overseeing quality audits, managing a team to ensure adherence to quality standards, and analyzing data to improve production quality. The selected candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes, with a focus on automotive components.
- Expertise in conducting Quality Auditing and implementing robust Quality Management systems.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for identifying and resolving quality issues efficiently.
- Solid understanding of industry standards and regulatory compliance, especially ISO/TS 16949.
- Proven leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a quality assurance leadership role in the automotive or manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.
