Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Quality Assurance, located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The key responsibilities include overseeing quality control processes, managing internal and external quality audits, and implementing efficient quality management systems. The role involves developing and refining quality assurance policies, ensuring compliance with industry and safety regulations, and leveraging analytics to maintain and improve product and service quality. The Head of Quality Assurance will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of optimal, consistent, and reliable hydroelectric products and services.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
- Experience in Quality Management, including the development and implementation of quality policies
- Proficiency in Quality Auditing practices and procedures
- Excellent Analytical Skills with the ability to develop data-driven quality improvements
- Proven knowledge of industry best practices, and familiarity with hydroelectric or energy sector standards is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline is required; advanced qualifications are a plus
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven track record of managing and mentoring quality assurance teams
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment
