Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Quality Control (QC), based in New Delhi. The Head of QC will oversee and manage all quality control operations, including monitoring processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and maintaining product integrity. Day-to-day tasks include leading quality assurance initiatives, analyzing data for process improvements, supervising laboratory tests, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and industry standards. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to address quality challenges and implementing strategies for continuous improvement in product quality and processes.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
- Proficiency in Quality Management practices and Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process improvement
- Solid knowledge of Laboratory Skills, including testing and validation procedures
- Experience in leading quality-focused teams and implementing high standards across the production process
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Ability to manage on-site quality assurance operations in a dynamic production environment
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance within the cable manufacturing or similar industries
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
