Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Public Relations to lead our brand narrative, media presence, and reputation management. This role will be instrumental in positioning Thrillophilia as a category leader in the travel and experiences space.
The ideal candidate is a storyteller, a relationship builder, and a brand custodian who can craft compelling narratives and amplify our voice across national and international platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. PR Strategy & Brand Positioning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy aligned with business and brand goals
- Build a strong brand narrative and ensure consistency across all communication channels
- Position Thrillophilia as a thought leader in travel, experiences, and digital innovation
2. Media Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier media houses, journalists, and influencers
- Drive consistent media coverage across print, digital, TV, and new-age platforms
- Manage press releases, media kits, and brand announcements
3. Reputation & Crisis Management
- Lead crisis communication planning and execution
- Monitor brand sentiment and proactively manage reputation risks
- Act as the key spokesperson for external communications when required
4. Content & Storytelling
- Craft compelling stories around customer experiences, brand milestones, and industry insights
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, leadership) to amplify narratives
- Drive founder profiling and leadership visibility in media
5. Partnerships & Collaborations
- Identify and execute strategic PR partnerships and collaborations
- Leverage events, campaigns, and industry platforms for brand visibility
6. Performance Tracking
- Define PR KPIs and measure impact (media reach, impressions, sentiment, share of voice)
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership
Key Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or related roles
- Proven experience in leading PR for consumer brands (travel, lifestyle, or tech preferred)
- Strong network with media professionals and agencies
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and communication skills
- Experience in crisis management and reputation handling
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
