Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Planning and Execution

* Oversee the planning and execution of PR campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals.
* Media Relations
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets and journalists.
* Handle media inquiries and act as the primary spokesperson for the organization.
* Crisis Management
* Develop and execute crisis communication plans.
* Manage communication during high-stakes situations to protect the company’s image.
* Leadership and Team Management:
* Lead and mentor the PR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
* Provide strategic direction and support to the team.
* Oversee the creation of press releases, speeches, and other PR content.
* Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
* Monitoring and Reporting:
* Monitor media coverage and public perception.
