Originally, ITPL is a vertical of Innovatiview India Ltd, which deals with Govt examination solutions and provides IT infrastructure services to the government vertical, so this role is more aligned to managing the govt project only.
Job summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Projects to lead large-scale government infrastructure and experiential projects across India. The role requires a strategic leader with strong expertise in civil project execution, stakeholder management, multidisciplinary coordination, and delivery excellence.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing complex EPC / infrastructure / government projects with exposure to public infrastructure, museums, cultural centres, tourism, smart city, or experiential development projects.
Job Description
- Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale government projects.
- Manage project planning, budgeting, timelines, and delivery.
- Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure quality, compliance, safety, and cost control across projects.
- Drive project reviews, risk management, and operational efficiency.
- Travel extensively to project locations across India.
Desired Candidate Profile
- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering from a Tier 1 college.
- 17+ years of experience in infrastructure/project execution.
- Experience in government projects preferred.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in museums, public infrastructure, smart city, or EPC projects will be an advantage.
