Position: Head of Project Finance

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly competent and result-driven professional to lead the Project Finance vertical. The candidate will be responsible for raising capital, structuring financial solutions, and building the business function from the ground up. This role demands strategic thinking, execution capability, and a proven track record in fund mobilization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project finance operations, including deal sourcing, structuring, and execution
Raise funds through banks, NBFCs, HNIs, institutional investors, and alternative channels
Develop and scale the project finance business from inception
Establish strong relationships with lenders, investors, and financial institutions
Design financial models, risk frameworks, and funding strategies
Drive revenue generation and ensure sustainable deal flow
Manage and mentor internal teams for execution excellence
Eligibility Criteria:
Proven experience in project finance, investment banking, or structured finance
Demonstrated success in raising funds (debt/equity) for projects or enterprises
Strong network with financial institutions, investors, and funding agencies
Ability to independently build and manage a business vertical
Strategic mindset with high ownership and accountability
Mandatory Requirement:
Candidates must present verifiable past achievements in fund raising and business development. Applications without demonstrated results will not be considered.
