Role Description
The Head of Production is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. In this role, you will oversee all production operations, ensuring seamless processes and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include managing production planning, leading and organizing production teams, ensuring optimal resource utilization, overseeing day-to-day operations, and managing budgets. You will play a key role in achieving operational efficiency and driving excellence across all aspects of production.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Production Planning and Production Management
- Proficiency in Operations Management with the ability to oversee manufacturing processes
- Proven experience in Team Management, including leadership and workforce coordination
- Budgeting skills with a focus on cost management and resource allocation
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Surat
- Prior experience in the beverage or manufacturing industry is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Engineering, Business Administration, or Production Management
