Position: Production Head
Qualification: BE Mechanical/DME
Key Responsibilities
-Lead and manage complete production operations to achieve daily and monthly production targets.
-Prepare production planning based on customer orders, delivery schedules, and machine capacity.
-Monitor daily production plan vs actual performance and take corrective actions wherever required.
-Ensure product quality standards are maintained as per customer specifications and technical requirements.
-Handle production activities related to Special Purpose Machines (SPM), hydraulic systems, industrial equipment, fabrication, and assembly operations.
-Coordinate closely with design, purchase, stores, quality, and maintenance departments for smooth production flow.
-Lead, guide, and control a workforce of approximately 100 employees, including supervisors, operators, and technicians.
-Improve productivity, machine utilisation, process efficiency, and on-time delivery performance.
-Ensure proper implementation of safety practices, discipline, and standard operating procedures on the shop floor.
-Drive continuous improvement initiatives for cost control, quality enhancement, and reduction of production delays.
