Role Description
We are seeking a Head of Production for a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This leadership role involves managing end-to-end production processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards, optimizing efficiency, implementing cost-effective manufacturing strategies, and maintaining a secure and safe work environment. The Head of Production will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage resource planning, oversee schedules, and drive continuous improvement to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Production Planning, Process Optimization, and Workflow Management
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance, Compliance, and Adherence to Industry Standards
- Proven leadership in Team Management, Problem-Solving, Decision-Making, and Project Coordination
- Experience and knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, Process Automation, and Supply Chain Logistics
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with industrial tools, equipment, and materials; knowledge of Nickel-Based Alloys and Fasteners is a strong advantage
- Relevant engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, or equivalent); advanced certifications in production or operations management are a plus in
