We are looking for an Electronic Engineering Graduate, age group 45 - 50, to take the responsibility of Head of Production. The area of work is in Pirangut Pune. Nust be able to build rapport with colleagues, clients as well as vendors.
Position has to be filled on top priority!!
Qualifications
- Strong production planning and production management skills to organize workflows, meet output targets, and align capacity with demand.
- Proficiency in operations management, with experience optimizing processes, implementing continuous improvement (e.g., Lean, 5S, Kaizen), and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Proven team management capabilities, including supervising diverse teams, building skills, resolving conflicts, and fostering a culture of accountability and safety.
- Experience in budgeting and cost control, including resource allocation, monitoring production costs, and improving efficiency without compromising quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, an advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of industrial safety practices, especially in material handling environments, and familiarity with relevant regulations and standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data and production metrics to drive improvements.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
