Job Description – Production Head (Aluminium Doors & Windows)📍 Location: Bannur, Rajpura, Punjab

Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Production Head to lead and manage the complete production operations for aluminium doors & windows. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, factory operations, manpower handling, quality control, timely project execution, and overall productivity of the manufacturing unit.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in the fenestration industry along with leadership capabilities to manage teams, improve operational efficiency, and ensure smooth production processes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee complete production operations of aluminium doors & windows
- Manage production planning, scheduling, and execution as per project timelines
- Supervise fabrication, assembly, glazing, and finishing activities
- Handle and manage production supervisors, team leaders, and shop floor workers
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved
- Coordinate with design, sales, purchase, and installation teams for smooth project execution
- Monitor factory workflow, machine utilisation, and manpower allocation
- Ensure minimum material wastage and optimum resource utilisation
- Develop and implement process improvements for better productivity and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, factory discipline, and operational protocols
- Resolve production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Maintain production MIS reports, daily output tracking, and performance analysis
- Monitor inventory requirements and coordinate with procurement for timely material availability
- Train and guide production staff to improve operational performance
Required Skills & Qualifications- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 7–12 years of experience in aluminium doors & windows/fenestration industry
- Strong knowledge of aluminium systems, fabrication, profiles, hardware, and glazing
- Experience in managing large production teams and factory operations
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and project specifications
- Expertise in production planning, workflow management, and quality control
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Basic computer knowledge, including Excel, MIS reporting, and production tracking
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in UPVC and aluminium systems manufacturing
- Knowledge of CNC machines, cutting, fabrication, assembly, and glazing processes
- Experience in handling project-based production environments
- Familiarity with ERP or production management software will be an added advantage
