Key Accountabilities

  • Own the positioning, messaging and market narrative for the MobiLytix portfolio.
  • Develop and articulate the AI-native, real-time, compute-to-data platform narrative.
  • Develop cross-industry messaging spanning telecom and CPG D2C expansion.
  • Translate complex platform capabilities into compelling business value propositions.
  • Drive competitive positioning against global marketing automation, loyalty and decisioning platforms.
  • Support strategic RFP responses with structured product positioning inputs.
  • Collaborate closely with Principal PM, MobiLytix Modernisation and Module PMs to align narrative with roadmap direction.
  • Ensure narrative consistency across modules, partnerships and vertical expansions.
  • Develop sales enablement materials aligned to platform strategy.
  • Monitor market, analyst and competitor positioning to continuously refine product messaging.

Mandatory Skills

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience within enterprise SaaS or technology platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value narratives.
  • Experience positioning AI-native, data-centric or platform-based enterprise products.
  • Strong competitive analysis and market positioning capability.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales and structured RFP responses.
  • Strong written communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with product leadership and influence positioning strategy.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in marketing automation, decisioning, loyalty or engagement ecosystems.
  • Exposure to telecom or retail technology markets.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, personalisation systems or real-time decisioning platforms.
