A. Product Strategy & Portfolio Leadership

✔ Build a 3–5 year product vision aligned with solar & energy transition trends

✔ Lead roadmap for inverters, batteries & hybrid solutions

✔ Drive shift from Lead Acid to Lithium & advanced chemistries

✔ Optimize SKU mix and portfolio profitability

B. Commercial & P&L Ownership

✔ Own category P&L—revenue, margins, inventory

✔ Lead pricing, mix optimization & cost engineering

✔ Improve Lithium vs Lead Acid share for margin growth

✔ Deliver 4P excellence: Product, Price, Place, Promotion

C. Market Intelligence & Consumer Insights

✔ Lead market research & convert VoC into product features

✔ Build channel-specific strategies (GT, MT, E-Com, EPC)

✔ Use analytics for data-driven portfolio decisions

D. New Product Development & Lifecycle Management

✔ Drive cross-functional NPI governance

✔ Ensure on-time, on-cost, on-spec launches

✔ Manage upgrades, refreshes & lifecycle planning
