Role Description
As the Head of Product Development, you will lead the design, development, and enhancement of our product portfolio, ensuring alignment with market needs and company strategy. Responsibilities include conducting market research, overseeing new product innovations, managing cross-functional teams, and driving projects from concept through production. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ambad Nashik, requiring close collaboration with engineering, sales, and R&D teams.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research to assess competitive landscapes and customer needs.
- Expertise in Research and Development (R&D) and product innovation, with a focus on driving effective solutions.
- Proven team management skills to lead cross-functional groups and foster collaboration.
- Familiarity with sales strategies and collaboration to align product development with market demands.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
- Over 8 years of experience in product development, preferably in manufacturing or engineering sectors.
- Proficiency in CAD or other design software is an advantage.
- Experience in ISO-certified manufacturing environments is a plus.
