Head of Product — Propkee Platform | Mumbai
We're building a new category in real estate. Video-first discovery meets frictionless cross-border transactions. Think of it as PropCommerce — and we're building it from scratch.
We're looking for a Head of Product who ships. Not someone who manages PRDs. Someone who builds.
What we need: → 6–12 years of experience. Dynamic, hungry, not coasting. → Tech background — mandatory. You talk to engineers as a peer. → AI-first — mandatory. You've shipped AI-native products, not ChatGPT wrappers. → Startup experience — mandatory. You know what zero infrastructure and a hard deadline feels like. → Builder energy. You prototype with Cursor, v0, or whatever gets it done fast.
What you'll own: The full product — buyer discovery to transaction close. The AI layer that connects the right buyer to the right property. Supply-side tools for developers and brokers. The roadmap. The metrics. The outcome.
What we don't want: Strategic product leaders whose portfolio is decks. PRD movers. People who need 3 alignment meetings to make a decision.
Location: Mumbai. In-office. 5 days a week. No WFH.
