We are currently developing products across Snacks, Biscuits and Beverages with a focus on creating category-defining products rather than simply launching more SKUs.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Head of Product & Innovation to own the entire product development journey—from identifying opportunities and defining product strategy to commercialising products that consumers love.
You will be responsible for ensuring every product we launch deserves to exist.
You will work directly with the founders while leading our Product Chef, Food Technologist, external manufacturing partners and technical consultants to build products that combine outstanding taste, scalable manufacturing and commercial viability.

We are looking for someone who has:
• 8–15 years of experience in FMCG product development and innovation.
• Successfully launched multiple food products into the Indian market.
• Experience working across snacks, bakery, beverages or adjacent food categories.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, manufacturing and commercialisation.
• Excellent consumer intuition backed by analytical thinking.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Ability to balance creativity with commercial discipline.
Experience with high-growth consumer brands will be highly valued.
