We’re Hiring | Head of Product & Buying – Women’s FashionLocation: Gurugram
Style Island, backed by Concept Clothing, is looking for an exceptional Head of Product & Buying.
For over 18 years, Concept Clothing has been manufacturing for leading global fashion brands including Anthropologie, Zara, Free People, Stradivarius, and Lucky Brand. We’re now building Style Island, a women’s fashion brand that brings the latest global trends to Indian women by adapting them for Indian fits, lifestyles, and preferences.
Key Responsibilities- Build and curate seasonal collections.
- Identify global fashion trends and translate them into commercially successful products.
- Analyze sales, sell-through, and customer insights to make data-driven buying decisions.
- Plan future buys based on historical sales, inventory, and demand.
- Work closely with design, sourcing, merchandising, and production teams.
- Travel internationally for trend research and sample buying (as required).
We’re Looking For- 5–10 years of experience in women’s fashion buying, merchandising, product development, or category management.
- A strong eye for trends backed by commercial and analytical thinking.
- Passion for building a brand with an entrepreneurial mindset.
