Role Description
The Head of Procurement will oversee and manage all procurement activities, ensuring efficient sourcing and purchasing processes. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining supplier relationships, evaluating supplier performance, negotiating favorable contracts, and establishing cost-effective procurement strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring leadership in procurement operations and alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Supplier Management and Supplier Evaluation, including building and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
- Expertise in Contract Negotiation and establishing favorable agreements with vendors.
- Strong knowledge of Purchasing and Procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to analyze market trends to optimize procurement operations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in procurement and inventory management software tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields (MBA preferred).
- Prior experience in leadership roles within procurement or supply chain management is highly advantageous.
