Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Planning based in Kolkata. The Head of Planning will oversee Coordination with Principal Architects and consultants abd value Engineering and to maintain proper tracker management for timely delivery of drawings.demand forecasting, business planning, and resource allocation to align with organizational goals. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, coordinating production and operations planning, optimizing resources, and ensuring the effectiveness of planning processes to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications
B Arch . With more than 20 yrs experience .
Preference to candidates worked with Real estate Industry .
Preference to candidates in Residential real estate.
Main JD is coordination with Principal Architects and consultants for timely delivey of drawings and value engineering.
Strong expertise in Demand Planning, Business Planning, and Production Planning
Proficient Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret and use data effectively for decision-making
Comprehensive knowledge of planning processes and strategies to ensure smooth operations
Effective communication and leadership skills to manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Prior experience in real estate or infrastructure planning is an advantage
