Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven and growth-oriented Head of Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing to lead customer acquisition, digital growth, and revenue scaling initiatives. This role will own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy across digital channels and drive measurable business outcomes through experimentation, optimization, and analytics.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in paid media, funnel optimization, and growth frameworks, with a strong track record in scaling digital businesses within Tech, Diagnostics, Healthcare, or Pharma sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing and growth strategy aligned with business objectives
- Own and scale paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic, affiliates, etc.)
- Drive customer acquisition, activation, retention, and lifecycle marketing initiatives
- Define and optimize key marketing metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates, and funnel efficiency
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation frameworks across creatives, landing pages, and campaigns
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Analytics teams to improve user journeys and conversion funnels
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI and efficiency
- Build and oversee marketing dashboards and attribution models for performance tracking
- Identify growth opportunities across SEO, SEM, content, partnerships, and new channels
- Lead and mentor a high-performing performance/growth marketing team
- Work closely with external agencies, platforms, and partners (if applicable)
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (especially for healthcare/pharma marketing)
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5–7+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth roles
- Proven experience scaling paid marketing campaigns and digital growth funnels
- Strong hands-on expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau (or similar tools)
- Deep understanding of attribution models, marketing analytics, and conversion optimization
- Experience in growth strategy, customer acquisition, and retention marketing
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
