Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Performance Marketing & Growth to own end-to-end customer acquisition, activation, and revenue growth. This leader will define the growth roadmap, scale high-performing channels, optimize CAC/LTV, and build a best-in-class performance engine across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels. You will partner closely with Product, Data, Design, Content, and Sales to drive measurable growth while building and mentoring a high-impact performance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale user acquisition, activation, and monetization across paid and organic channels
- Define growth strategy, quarterly targets, budgets, and forecasting aligned with business goals
- Lead paid media across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Programmatic, and emerging channels
- Optimize CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates through experimentation and data-driven
- decisions
- Build and manage a high-performing performance marketing and growth team
- Drive experimentation: A/B testing, funnel optimization, audience segmentation, and creative testing
- Partner with Product and Engineering on onboarding, retention, and lifecycle growth initiatives
- Establish robust analytics, attribution, and reporting frameworks (MMPs, GA, dashboards)
- Collaborate with Design and Content to develop scalable creative systems
- Stay ahead of fintech, growth, and martech trends; evaluate and implement new tools
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in performance marketing and growth, with leadership exposure
- Deep expertise in Apple Ads, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, analytics, attribution, and experimentation
- Proven track record of scaling acquisition while improving CAC/LTV and ROI
- Experience in fintech preferred
- Strong understanding of funnels, cohorts, retention, and lifecycle marketing
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience building and leading teams in fast-paced environments
