Role Description
We are looking for a young and ambitious performance/growth marketer who wants to help build, drive, and scale a company, not just run campaigns.
This role is for someone who wants to be part of building a startup and eventually grow into a CMO / Co-founder role.
This is a full-time role with a co-founder track based in Bengaluru, offering a hybrid work setup with flexibility for some remote work. The ideal candidate will oversee and scale performance marketing operations, manage end-to-end paid media campaigns, analyse campaign performance using advanced web analytics, and drive data-driven decisions for optimal ROI. Additional responsibilities include leading and mentoring the performance marketing team & client success team formulating impactful marketing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
What You Will Do
- Lead performance marketing and growth for NYX and client accounts
- Be hands-on with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- Programmatic
- YouTube / Display / Search
- Manage CAC, ROAS, funnels, attribution, and conversion optimisation
- Run experiments, A/B testing, and landing page optimisation
- Work closely with product and tech team on tracking, data, and automation
- Help build marketing-driven product and autonomous marketing systems
- Build dashboards, reporting, and data-driven decision frameworks
- Manage and build the marketing and success team
- Handle key accounts and growth strategy
- Build processes, SOPs, and scalable marketing systems
- Work directly with founders on company growth and strategy
Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience in Performance / Growth Marketing
- Very hands-on with Google, Meta, Programmatic
- Strong data, analytics, and performance mindset
- Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, funnels, attribution, ROAS
- Interest in marketing technology, automation, AI, and product-driven marketing
- Entrepreneurial mindset and long-term thinking
- Comfortable in a startup, zero-to-one environment
- Preferably from premium B.Tech / MBA colleges
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related discipline is highly desirable.
- Someone who wants to build and drive a company, not just work in one
- Proven Analytical Skills and proficiency in Web Analytics tools to evaluate and enhance campaign performance using data-driven insights.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
Compensation
- Case-to-case fixed compensation during the pre-fundraise phase.
- This is a founding team role and is largely equity-focused.
- Post-fundraise with a structured package.
- Attractive equity allocation for the right candidate.
