The Role
We're looking for a performance-obsessed marketer to own the full digital funnel — from first ad impression to booked consultation. You'll lead paid acquisition, SEO, website conversion, CRM, and marketing analytics across all three centres, and report directly to leadership. This is a hands-on leadership role, not a hands-off strategist seat.
What You'll Own
- Paid acquisition across Meta, Google (Search, PMax, YouTube), and emerging channels — including budget allocation, creative testing, bidding strategy, and campaign architecture
- Lead-to-consultation funnel — working with the call centre and CRM team to tighten response times, qualification, and conversion
- Website and landing pages — conversion rate optimisation, SEO, and content strategy (in partnership with our content team)
- Reporting and attribution — building clean dashboards that connect spend to booked cycles, not just leads
- Agency and vendor management — holding partners accountable to performance, not activity
- Creative direction — briefing and reviewing ad creative with a clear understanding of what converts in a service category
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years in performance/digital marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role owning a meaningful P&L or spend number
- Proven track record in a service business — where the product is a human experience, not an SKU. You understand that a bad ad in services doesn't just waste spend, it creates a bad first impression
- Healthcare experience strongly preferred — IVF, fertility, hospitals, diagnostics, elective care, or wellness. You know how to market sensitive categories with empathy and compliance
- Deep fluency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and at least one CRM (LeadSquared, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Comfortable with data — SQL or advanced Sheets is a plus; comfort with dashboards is non-negotiable
- Strong commercial instinct — you think in CAC, LTV, and contribution margin, not just CTR and CPL
- Based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata
Bonus Points
- Experience with fertility, maternity, or women's health categories
- Built or scaled a D2C or services brand from ₹X to ₹10X cr in digital revenue
- Comfort with long consideration cycles and high-trust purchase journeys
- Experience managing in-house creative teams or working closely with performance-creative studios
