We’re scaling from 675 people to 2,000 across five restaurant brands in two years. We need someone who’s done this before - high-volume, multilocation, frontline-heavy, with a culture worth protecting.
Who you are
- 8-12 years in People/HR, at least 3 in a leadership role at a high-growth consumer, F&B, FMCG, retail, or DTC brand
- You’ve scaled a people function through real growth - you know what breaks and what holds
- A builder - onboarding, L&D, performance cycles, hiring engines; you’ve set these up from scratch
- You use AI as a core part of how you work - to move faster, stay lean, and make better decisions with less noise
- Data-fluent, you can pull insights from people metrics and use them to make a case, not just a report.
- You communicate with clarity and warmth. You’re trusted by leadership and respected by the people on the ground.
