About CoCurr
CoCurr is building a structured ecosystem for grassroots sports training in India, starting with tennis. The focus is on organizing fragmented infrastructure, enabling structured coaching, and creating clear progression pathways through tournaments and performance systems.
This is an early-stage build with a strong emphasis on execution and real-world operations.
Role Overview
This role will lead CoCurr’s on-ground expansion and partnerships, with a primary focus on securing access to residential communities (apartments) and enabling the launch of initial operational centers.
You will be responsible for turning strategy into real, executed partnerships and driving the company’s first phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach apartment associations and residential communities
- Build and manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities
- Lead conversations, negotiations, and closures
- Secure locations for initial CoCurr operations
- Drive execution of early-stage expansion across the city
- Work closely with the founder to align execution with long-term direction
