Job description
MB Learning is seeking a senior education professional to spearhead institutional partnerships with schools and universities across India. This is a relationship-driven role, not a traditional sales position.
The ideal candidate has spent years in the education ecosystem as a Principal, Vice Principal, Career Counsellor, Academic Head, or in university leadership. You already have trusted relationships with school management, admission teams, and career counselling departments at reputed institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leverage existing professional network to connect MB Learning with premium schools and universities
• Facilitate introductory meetings with school/university decision-makers
• Onboard partner institutions onto MB Learning’s programs
• Coordinate ongoing program delivery and institutional relationships post-onboarding
• Expand the partnership network across India

Desired candidate profile:
• Former Principal, Vice Principal, Career Counsellor, Academic Dean, or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in the education sector
• Demonstrable connections with premium schools and/or universities
• Based in a tier-1 Indian city with a strong local network
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Self-driven and comfortable working independently
