We are looking for a Head of Partnerships who can transform alliances into measurable growth engines. This role is about building structured, high-value collaborations that expand market access, strengthen brand positioning, and unlock new revenue channels.
The ideal candidate understands ecosystems — how industries connect, where influence sits, and how to design partnerships that create sustained advantage rather than short-term visibility.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partnership Strategy & Ecosystem Mapping
- Define and execute the organization’s partnership strategy aligned with long-term growth goals.
- Identify strategic partners across industries, geographies, and influence networks.
- Evaluate partnership opportunities based on commercial viability and brand alignment.
- Build a clear framework for partner onboarding, governance, and performance tracking.
2. Strategic Alliances & Deal Structuring
- Lead high-level negotiations and structure win-win commercial agreements.
- Develop co-selling, referral, joint-venture, and channel partnership models.
- Ensure clear commercial outcomes, revenue-sharing models, and accountability mechanisms.
3. Relationship Management & Expansion
- Build strong executive-level relationships with key partners.
- Drive joint business plans and collaborative growth initiatives.
- Identify cross-sell and co-market opportunities within partner ecosystems.
4. Revenue & Performance Ownership
- Own partnership-driven revenue targets and pipeline contribution.
- Track KPIs such as lead generation, conversion impact, and revenue realization.
- Ensure partnerships deliver measurable ROI and strategic value.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to activate partnerships effectively.
- Align messaging, campaigns, and go-to-market efforts with partner objectives.
- Ensure smooth execution from agreement to delivery.
