About the Role We're building a portfolio of original creator brands for South Asian audiences across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You'll lead the strategy, production system, and team that takes creators from concept to scaled, monetizable channels.
What You'll Do
- Own our South Asia creator-IP strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Define winning creator personas and content directions (lifestyle, fashion, fitness, education) and build repeatable playbooks by category.
- Build an industrialized content pipeline — scripting, shooting, editing, publishing — that supports a high, sustainable posting cadence per creator.
- Run our in-house content operations platform: channel portfolio management, content scheduling, and publishing planning aligned with each platform's best practices.
- Build a remote production team (scripting, editing, operations, AIGC) and partner with local creators to produce authentic, localized content.
- Use AIGC tools (AI voiceover, AI translation, AI-assisted video) to improve production speed and quality.
- Partner with creator operations to grow audiences and convert them into users of our owned app.
- Own core metrics: portfolio follower growth, per-video views, conversion rate, and monthly monetization per creator.
What You Bring
- 3+ years in MCN / creator incubation/content entrepreneurship, with hands-on experience scaling 10+ accounts past 1M followers.
- Deep, practical knowledge of how Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms, content rules, and growth mechanics work.
- Real experience taking creator IPs into international markets; you understand audience taste and content differences across regions.
- Strong content judgment — you can write scripts, set topics, and spot high-potential creators early.
- A proven, complete monetization loop in at least one of: commerce/affiliate, paid knowledge, or platform conversion.
- Associate degree or above.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on IP incubation experience in South Asia.
- Familiarity with AIGC production tools (AI voiceover, text-to-video).
- Experience building lifestyle/fashion/fitness creator IPs.
