Role Description
The Head of Operations cum Director will oversee and optimize business operations to drive organizational efficiency and growth. This full-time, on-site position is based in Gurugram. The role involves developing and implementing strategic operational frameworks, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with industry and financial regulations, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement. The individual will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workflows, spearhead scaling initiatives, and align operations with company goals to support seamless financial infrastructure delivery.
We are looking for a dynamic and ownership-driven individual with strong knowledge of the payment ecosystem, including In house payment transactions , DuePay, and related payment processes.
The ideal candidate should be confident in handling end-to-end office operations independently and bringing a proactive approach to work.

- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, KPI development, and performance analysis
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance in financial technology
- Proven collaboration and communication skills to engage cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or related field
- Experience in scaling high-growth businesses and managing operational complexity
- Familiarity with API-driven solutions and enterprise technology platforms is a plus
