Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Operation Head to lead end-to-end QSR outlet expansion and operations. This role will drive store setup, vendor management, hiring, and profitability across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end outlet setup, from site readiness to store launch
- Manage vendor coordination for equipment, interiors, raw materials, and logistics
- Execute store live operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning
- Drive store-level P&L, cost optimization, and revenue performance
- Oversee hiring and training of store staff across outlets
- Implement and monitor SOPs for QSR operations
- Handle inventory management, stock planning, and wastage control
- Ensure recipe standardization and quality control across outlets
- Manage and optimize POS systems, billing, and reporting
- Coordinate with founders for expansion planning and execution
Requirements
- 3–6 years experience in QSR / F&B operations
- Strong experience in multi-outlet operations or store launches
- Hands-on exposure to vendor management and supply chain
- Understanding of unit economics, P&L, and cost control
- Experience with POS systems and inventory tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong ownership mindset and execution capability
