Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and tech-savvy Head of Operations to lead the post-production workflows of our business units. The ideal candidate will manage a team of 100+ professionals and will be responsible for unifying and optimizing operations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on scaling, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations across post-production.
- Drive alignment across teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality output.
- Develop and optimize operational processes to support volume scalability.
- Implement and manage performance metrics and quality control systems.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to integrate technology into workflows.
- Improve and manage CRM systems and client delivery pipelines.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all post-production activities.
Requirements:
- 6–8 years of experience in high-volume post-production environments (e.g., e-commerce, media, VFX, or similar).
- Proven experience managing large teams and complex operations.
- Strong organizational and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Tech-oriented mindset with the ability to adopt and optimize software tools and CRM systems.
- Experience in working with structured processes, quality systems, and production KPIs.
- Prior experience at a large post-production, imaging, or visual content company preferred.
