Role Overview
Oversee and direct operations of EV charging networks and facilities across India. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, safety regulations, and operational excellence standards. Lead process optimization, efficiency programs, and organizational development to support sustainable growth.
Professional Duties
• Develop, review, and monitor job descriptions, KPIs, and competency frameworks for all operations roles.
• Build quality assurance programs for charging station operations.
• Lead compliance inspections and operational audits.
• Create, implement, and revise policies and SOPs aligned with Indian compliance requirements.
• Handle escalations and critical incident management at EV sites.
• Develop, monitor, and control budgets, operational KPIs, and cost efficiency programs.
• Ensure compliance with taxation, accounting standards, and corporate governance norms.
Knowledge
• In-depth knowledge of EV charging systems, energy management, and operations.
• Strong understanding of Indian regulatory frameworks: Electricity Act, CEA guidelines, Fire Safety norms, Labour Laws, GST, Companies Act, Environmental regulations.
• Knowledge of operational compliance, risk management, and customer service frameworks.
