We’re Hiring: Head of Operations | Bengaluru
We are looking for an experienced operations leader to join a rapidly scaling MedTech organization operating across India and international markets.
This is a strategic leadership role with end-to-end ownership across:
• Customer Success
• Customer Support
• Field Service Operations
• Inventory & Logistics
• Operational Excellence & Scalability
We are specifically looking for candidates with strong MedTech exposure; this is a mandatory requirement for the role.
The ideal candidate has built and scaled operational systems in high-growth environments and brings deep experience managing cross-functional operational teams.
What we’re looking for:
✔ 15+ years of operations experience
✔ Mandatory experience in MedTech / Healthcare technology environments
✔ Strong understanding of field operations, installations, customer success, and service delivery
✔ Experience building SOPs, KPI frameworks, and scalable operational processes
✔ Proven ability to lead large multi-functional teams
✔ Strong execution mindset with the ability to operate hands-on when required
