We’re looking for a Head of Operations (5-8 years experience only) to lead and scale operations for a boutique overseas education consultancy based in Matunga West, Mumbai.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end student journey: counselling → applications → visa
- Manage counselling, admissions, and visa teams
- Drive conversions and optimize the student funnel
- Ensure accuracy, timelines, and documentation quality
- Handle escalations from students and parents
- Track performance metrics and maintain CRM hygiene
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in study abroad operations
- Prior experience as Operations/Branch Manager in overseas education
- Strong knowledge of UK, Ireland, Australia (and/or USA) admissions & visa processes
- Proven team management and conversion optimization skills
- High ownership mindset with strong problem-solving ability
