We are hiring for a client who is into overseas education based out of Mumbai
Designation- Head of Operations
We are looking for a high-ownership individual to lead end-to-end operations for a fast-
growing study abroad consultancy. This is a mission-critical leadership role responsible for
managing the entire student lifecycle while working closely with business development to
drive conversions. You will report to the CEO of the company.
Key Responsibilities-
- Lead and manage counselling, admissions, visa & documentation teams
- Own end-to-end student journey and ensure smooth operations
- Monitor applications, timelines, and quality standards
- Support sales to improve conversions and resolve critical cases
- Handle escalations and act as primary point of resolution
- Track performance metrics and maintain CRM/reporting
Candidate Requirements-
· Experience as Branch Manager / Operations Manager in study abroad industry
· Total Work Experience: 6–8+ years
· Strong understanding of UK, Ireland, and Australia admission & visa processes
· Proven ability to manage teams and improve conversions
· High ownership, problem-solving mindset, and execution focus
