We’re Hiring: Head of Operations
Location: Raigarh, Chhattisgarh (on-site)
Company: Sukoon Health (in collaboration with Jindal Steel & Power)
Sukoon Health is building specialized mental health units within industrial plants to deliver structured, high-quality care at scale. We’re looking for a Head of Operations to lead this initiative end-to-end.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the ground-up setup of mental health units at JSP plant locations
- Drive daily operations across IPD/OPD, clinical programs, and patient care
- Manage key stakeholders including corporate partners and vendors
- Ensure compliance with MHCA and NABH standards
- Build and lead high-performing multidisciplinary teams
Who You Are
- MBA (Healthcare) / MHA or equivalent
- 10–15 years in hospital operations, with leadership experience
- Strong in stakeholder management, execution, and scaling operations
- Experience in greenfield projects or industrial/corporate setups is a plus
