Role Description
This is a full-time role as the Head of Operations. They will oversee the daily operations of the company in a cluster with 20 hyperlocal zones, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include managing Ops teams, analyzing operational performance, optimizing workflows, creating budgets, and coordinating with other departments. The role requires strategic thinking and active problem-solving to improve operational effectiveness and deliver high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Operations Management and a strong understanding of optimizing processes.
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and improve operational strategies
- Team Management skills, including the ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate diverse teams
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience with Budgeting and financial planning to manage operational expenses effectively
- Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and solve complex problems
- Previous experience in operations or team leadership is a big plus
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
